BOOT CAMP
What: Philly District Quiz Boot Camp 2007
When: Thursday August 23, 10 AM to Sat. August 25, 5 PM
Where: Harrisburg Bethany Church of the Nazarene
How much: $45 per quizzer, $35 per coach/chaperone
cost includes all meals and snacks during camp and prizes, materials etc.
We will be jump starting our quiz year learning study tips, playing games, study-quiz sessions, prizes, fun, Bible study, fellowship, food, friends.........
Whether your quizzers are experienced or brand new this will be an event you don't want to miss! New quizzers will learn skills to help them jump right in and older quizzers will get back in the grove.
If you want to attend I will need an email to let me know , including names of those attending and how many years quizzing, t-shirt size, and a check for your group mailed to me by Friday the 17th so I can do the shopping before camp. I apologize for the last minute notice, I was holding out some hope for a camp location before sending out details.
I am looking for coaches and/or chaperones to help with camp. Please email me if you would like to help. I will be preparing everything, but will need more people power to run everything and get meals ready etc.
Meals included (You will want to eat breakfast before you get there on Thursday and plan on Having supper on the way home on Saturday.

__modest clothing (girls watch your scoop neck tees, when you lean over to quiz-no skirts)
__modest bathing suit (girls one piece or covered with darker t-shirt)

I have issued a challenge to my quizzers and would like to make sure it is also issued to all of you, coaches and quizzers.
If you memorize all of Philemon (only 25 verses) by camp you will get a prize from me and be entered in a drawing for a larger prize as well. You can do it! I have faith in you.
SO -Coaches if you could please make a few phone calls to your quizzers and start a list of campers to get to me I would appreciate it! Feel free to forward this email to quizzers and especially to other churches who may be interested!
